Guidelines for Floral Vendors

Please review the following guidelines carefully before your arrival at Meredith Manor.

Guidelines
Your company is providing service to one of our couples. Please provide a list to Meredith Manor of what you are providing. To provide service at Meredith Manor, we require your cooperation with the following instructions.
If you have an issue with compliance, the venue will try to work with you to resolve it. However, we reserve the right to refuse vendors from returning to the venue who cannot abide by these rules.

Certificate of Insurance

Your company is providing service to one of our couples. Please provide a list to Meredith Manor of what you are providing. To provide service at MM, we require your cooperation with the following instructions.

If you are providing a structure of any kind, please provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Meredith Manor as additionally insured — no less than 1 month in advance of the wedding date.

Arrival Time

The venue opens at 10AM on the day of the event — that is the time we expect you to arrive to start décor. Please do not arrive later than 10AM.

Centerpieces are the first priority once you arrive. If you are providing centerpieces, please work on these immediately after unloading. Our serving staff generally arrives an hour after you and will begin setting up tables right away. We do not want florists and serving staff working in the same space at the same time — this is why we open at 10AM.

Cleanup & Supplies

We expect you to clean up after yourself. We will provide the following to assist:

  • Large trash can on wheels
  • Our carts to unload and move around the hall
  • Broom and dustpan with handle for cleanup

Cake Coordination

If you are decorating the cake, please coordinate directly with the bakery to align on delivery timing before the wedding day.
