Guidelines for Photo Booth Vendors

Please review the following guidelines carefully before your arrival at Meredith Manor.
Vendors
Guidelines
You have been contacted because a couple has reserved their wedding at our venue and the management of Meredith Manor would like to convey the following guidelines. These will coordinate this event with your company, our venue and any other vendors involved. As professionals, we ask for your full cooperation while at Meredith Manor. Upon contracting the couple and prior to coming to the venue — no later than 2 months in advance — please provide Meredith Manor with a certificate of insurance (COI) naming Meredith Manor as additionally insured. No vendors are approved until the COI is received.
You can email it to: Mimi@meredithmanorvenue.com

Arrival at the Venue

Please let our venue know when you have been contracted for the arrival and close time. Please be aware that you will be setting up in the same room as the main reception.

The photobooth time would best serve the couples after dinner up until 15 minutes prior to the end of the event. At the latest, all vendors must be vacated from the venue 30 minutes following the end of the reception time.

We have a rear road into the property for entrance and exit. Enter via Hartman Road into the Ridglea development. Take your next left where the "DO NOT ENTER / Authorized Vehicles Only" sign is posted — you'll also see a smaller MM sign. Once you pass the house, our staff will direct you. It is best to enter and exit this way as the ceremony may be in progress at the main entrance.

Your Vendor Meal

If you are here over the dinner hour, the couple most likely provided you with a meal. We serve the vendors following the guests — your meal will be brought to you.

We do not permit any vendors to drink alcoholic beverages while at our venue.

Keeping the Area Clean

We expect you to keep the area clean and neat so that there are no tripping hazards with cords, props, etc. Our management will let you know if there are any trip hazards or safety issues to resolve on site.

If any feather boas are used, you will be asked to sweep up the area following their use.
